Started doing Muay Thai again after injuring my knee 4 years ago. Started weight training/powerlifting and had gotten up to as much as 202 pounds…A little under 3 months in I’m down to 183. Aiming for 168 and then eventually to 160 fighting weight. Far from where I want to be but I’ll be there in no time.
